Since 2000, Raeid Farhat has consistently been ranked as one of the top real estate agents in Santa Cruz County. His trustworthy guidance, loyalty, and proven track record keep him in high demand throughout the region, and have resulted in a business built almost exclusively on referrals and repeat clients. His motto is “Work hard in silence; let success make all the noise,” which is how he approaches both life and real estate.
 
After being acknowledged as the No. 1 Agent in California for a national real estate firm in 2004, Raeid founded RF Real Estate in Watsonville, California, where he was born and raised. Backed by his experienced, reliable team, Raeid uses a personal touch, professional knowledge, and tactical negotiation skills to drive every transaction to a successful conclusion.
 
In addition to his exceptional performance history, Raeid is known for his capacity to simplify the buying process and help sellers achieve the greatest return on investment. As one of the largest developers in Watsonville, he is also highly sought out for his development expertise and has consulted on a diverse array of projects in Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey counties.
 
When not assisting clients, Raeid gives back to his community through his many volunteer efforts and by coaching youth flag football, basketball, and Little League Baseball. In 2003, his extensive community involvement and dedication to charitable causes earned him REALTOR® of the Year from the Watsonville Association of REALTORS®.
 
Raeid cherishes his family and spends much of his free time with his amazing wife and their four children. He is fluent in Spanish and Arabic; holds a degree in psychology; and is passionate about architecture, interior design, and traveling. Also an avid Crossfitter, Raeid rarely misses a 6 a.m. workout.
